I'm a designer, analyst and problem solver. For over 20 years, my design work has centered on individuals, designing and crafting web experiences that are visually appealing and positively impactful.
My motivation stems from:

#### About Aaqua
Aaqua was an international social platform startup, aiming to conquer the market with passion-based communities. The team members were located in Belgium, Singapore, Slovenia, Romania, the UK, and the USA.
#### My role
As a senior member of the Aaqua experience design team, I handled diverse roles across economy, video, interactive, and messaging teams. I worked on app design, service design, feature research, user features, created advanced Figma prototypes, and expanded the design system.
#### Challenges
The challenges encountered included: navigating cross-time zone collaboration, rapid growth, role ambiguity, scope creep, product pivots, team changes, and go-to-market pressure.

- Developed responsive websites, intranet tools, and a multilingual content management system for specific corporate requirements.
- Created advanced industrial interfaces for real-time monitoring of global oil and gas platforms, using a next-generation SVG-based interface.
- Created employee time-tracking solutions with SQL backends, including budgeting and detailed analytics.
